Veterinary consultation

Every visit to Vet Point starts with a proper consultation. We give each appointment enough time for your dog, puppy, cat or kitten to settle before we begin, then work through a full head-to-tail examination.

You will always hear what we found, what we think it means, and what it will cost, before we go ahead with anything.

What the visit includes

• Weight, temperature, heart and chest check
• Eyes, ears, mouth, skin and coat assessment
• Discussion of appetite, drinking, toilet habits and behaviour
• Written plan with costs agreed before treatment
• Follow-up advice by phone if anything changes at home
